Can we update drivers direct from Intel?

Still can't can't download direct. See attached error message

I got that too...I will try a few things...safe mode doesn't work.

I re-downloaded the EXE file, tried it a few times and it finally worked. Theoretically, I now have the latest Intel graphics driver, with all the HP customizations retained, plus the latest Intel Audio Display driver. What could go wrong?

Mine still didn't download. How did you do it? Did you use the driver update assistant? Thats what I'm doing and getting the error again.

I did not use the Intel Driver and Support Assistant. The wording there said that I would be downloading a generic driver and it could cause problems. I went to this link:

So I downloaded the EXE...I tried multiple times and it got stuck downloading...then it got stuck during install. Doesn't exactly give you confidence. But about the 5th time I downloaded it, the install completed for the graphics and audio driver.
