@AngelaQuinlanIs, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you want to set up facial recognition on your HP Envy x360, you can use Windows Hello, which is designed for quick and secure access to your computer. Here's how you can set it up:

Using the Computer Camera for Windows Hello

Download Necessary Drivers:

Set Up Windows Hello:

  • Connect any external monitors or devices if needed and power them on.
  • Right-click on the Windows desktop and select Display settings.
  • Select the monitor model name if needed and set it up as your main display.
  • Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
  • Under Windows Hello, select Set up under Face Recognition.
  • Select Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to enroll your facial ID and set up a personal identification number (PIN).

After setting up, you can now use the infrared (IR) camera on your computer to log in using Windows Hello.
