ENVY 17t-ce100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The F2 and F3 keys open the brightness control but as I go up and down the screen brightness does not change, Under Display settings there is not brightness control, and under the Notification panel the brightness control is grayed out.

This laptop was purchased new from HP Store on Jan. 31, 2020. It has NVIDIA® GeForce® MX250 (2 GB GDDR5) installed.

I don't believe the brightness controls have ever worked but was not a major issue until I tried to up the brightness when sitting outside yesterday.
