Microsoft Windows 11

Cannot connect an external monitor to HP AMD Athlon Silver 3050U laptop via USB-C port. Monitor works fine when connected via HDMI port. Have tried USB-C HDMI cable, Comsol USB-C Multi-Port Adapter and Comsol USB-C to HDMI Adapter. In all cases, external display is not detected. No relevant driver updates available. Any thoughts?

What is your machine ? Please use the System Information to find out (its SKU)

Not all USB-C ports are the same. USB-C on your machine may NOT support this.
