Hello! I recently bought usb type-c hub RHSTECH RSH-T02. And there is a problem that I cannot connect the external screen with it. The hub itself works - I tried it with another laptop. Also the screen connection worked on my laptop with another type-C to HDMI hub (Canyon CNS-TDS03DG). The only issue was that the max frequency was 60Hz and that's why I purchased another hub. So in general image transmission should work over the type-c port in my laptop.
What can be a problem that the screen connection doesn't work with this particular hub?
