Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-ds0023dx

Need help please, I have tried and tried to connect my new LG monitor to Laptop and cannot. I have new HDMI cables and tried to "Find" the monitor on the laptop and it says it cannot locate it.  Please help!

Do you have access to any other PCs for which you can try the monitor? Asking because it might needs the On Screen Menu settings to use the HDMI port if the monitor has multiple ports -- and if it is using the wrong port, there would be the same issue connecting it to another PC.
