Hi,
HP Zbook Firefly 15 G7 Mobile Workstation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10810U CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.61 GHz, 64Gb RAM. NVIDIA Quadro P520.
this new laptop should be more than capable of 4k @ 60 Hz. I have tried two monitors (both 4k 60Hz capable) through every port, but the display adapter will not show more than 30Hz. I am currently using an Philips 288B. I have tried DP cables and HDMI 2.
Also does anyone know how to actually contact support without whatsapp?
Thanks,
T.

From page 3 (near bottom page) of its Maintenance and Service Guide
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06685332.pdf
It ONLY has HDMI 1.4 therefore you won't get 4k @ 60Hz.
Regards.

You're welcome.
Yes I understand what you mean. IT is even more confusing with USB-C ports as only ones which have DP alt mode (such as yours) will support the USB-C to DisplayPort without needing an external converter (video card)
So loads of people buy the USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort and it just doesn't work.
Anyway glad you got it sorted.
Take care,
David
