Product: HP Pavilion - 15z-cw100 CTO

Why can I not set up dual monitors on my HP Pavilion Laptop 15z-cw100?  I get the error message that the monitor(s) are not detected. (Bought in 2019)

Do you mean the second external monitor ? How do you connect them ? Your HP Pavilion Laptop 15z-cw100 is a CTO machine, but it should have all ports as the following machine
