Cannot update my Intel driver

I have film editing software that is requiring a graphic driver update. It is up to date with HP's latest driver but it is from 2017. I cannot use the driver from Intel. Its telling me to use the driver from HP. The latest drivers from Intel will not download to a .zip file either. Can someone please give me direction.

You have to use fully tested driver from HP that means you have to wait.

Sometimes you can manually install the driver directly from Intel.

You can't run it from the exe file, or setup application found in the zip file.

In order to help you with that, I would need to know the full model number or product number of your notebook.

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

Thank you. I think Intel says they no longer release .zip files for my update but any help is so greatly appreicated.

You're right...that must be a very recent change.

I explored the driver file and you can't even update it from inside, plus there is a warning not to try.

I don't know what version of the driver you have from 2017, but you can can try to update it to this version...

Let me know if this is a newer version than the one you have installed now, and I can give you the instructions to update the driver from the zip file.
