Hello everyone, I have been trying to use the Bamboo Ink pen 2nd generation ( the one with only AAAA batteries) with my hp spectre x360 2-in-1. The pen seems working as it switches to the different protocols, Wacom AES and MPP but when I try to write with it on the screen it does not work. Could you please let me know what could be the issue?
I already checked different other forum questions, updated my device, but the pen does not write. Are there any settings that I need to be aware that I have to check ( I bought the pen now, but my laptop is about 4 years old)?

Hello I have just checked my model id, which was hard to find since it was written in gray very similar to the laptop. It appears that my laptop uses the synaptics protocol. Are there pens that support the protocol? Will (hypothetically) a potential windows 11 support the other ink protocols or is it more firmware-based problem ?
Thank you very much

Sorry for the confusion.
I meant that you should post (tell us) the product number / exact model name so we check what can be found...
