Hi @Ajmal04
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you’re having issues with your NVIDIA GT 730 Zotac graphics card not being recognized in your HP Pro 3500 MT desktop. There are a few things we can try to get your graphics card working properly. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify the Graphics Card Installation
Make sure the GT 730 is properly seated in the PCIe slot:
- Power Off: Shut down your computer and disconnect it from the power source.
- Reseat the Card: Open your computer case and carefully remove the graphics card. Reinsert it into the PCIe x16 slot (usually the longer slot near the CPU).
- Check Power Connections: Some graphics cards (depending on model) require additional power connections. The GT 730 typically does not need extra power, but make sure the card is securely placed in the slot.
- Inspect for Damage: Make sure there’s no visible damage to the card or the PCIe slot.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
