HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP Support,

When I was using my computer, the battery drained. So I plugged in my charger in the laptop, when I did, the screen got darker. The only thing I saw was gray and black. It does this randomly. (Like 24 seconds after I plug it in.)

Welcome to HP Community

I suggest you perform a Power Drain. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

Also try getting to the BIOS. After the Power Drain, restart the Notebook and keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

Keep me posted how it goes 😊
