Good afternoon,

 

We are constantly having issues with the 11A G8 EE  Chromebooks, they are constantly being brought into the tech office to be repaired for Mic and Webcam errors. We have had an influx in the last 3 days here with about 15-20 CB that are either A: Saying "Camera Not Found" or "No Camera Access" or The webcam and mic do not work together. Some powerwash +  reflashing fixing them but some don't. Even after installing new webcam units; they still do not work. or some work.. 25/75% ..
