Product: HP Chromebook - 14-ca003cl
Operating System: Chrome OS

My camera for HP Chromebook - 14-ca003cl is burry.  This started about a month ago.  It appears to have the similar problem as reported to in this thread. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Chromebook-X2-front-camera-blurry/td-...

 

My chromebook is still under warranty.  However, my account does not appear to be properly updated to reflect this.  Is there any solution that I can try in the meantime of resolving my warranty issue?

There is no change to the camera after the power wash.  It's still blurry.
