Hello.

I purchased my Chromebook a little over a year ago for College and it has been working fine despite the frequent issues regarding the internet disconnecting. Recently I closed my Chromebook and when I came back to use it again the screen was black and it had no signs of life. I thought perhaps it had a low battery so I charged it and when I tried to hold the power button it still wouldn't turn on. I tried using a different charger and it still did not turn on. When I plug the charger in the light on the side turns white so I know it doesn't have a low battery. I even tried a hard reset but the screen doesn't appear to change at all. I tried seeing if perhaps my brightness was low but the screen was still black. 

I take great care of my device and I am very disappointed to see that it couldn't even last me past a year. Being a college student making another big purchase for a laptop isn't cheap. If anyone knows any tips to help me please let me know I appreciate it.
