HP Recommended

My kid's front facing camera in his HP 2-in-1 12.3" Touch-Screen Chromebook is blurry. (It seems to be on macro setting or something because up close is in focus.) He uses the Chromebook for Zoom school and this issue -- which apparently has been a common issue -- makes the Chromebook worthless. Is there any solution for this?

Please use a Lint-Free cloth and clean the camera lenses properly

 

If the issue persists, I suggest you perform a Power Wash. Please follow the instructions in this link: Power Wash to Factory Reset your Chromebook
