Product: HP Chromebook x360 14a-ca0000 (446M9AV)

When I attempt to use the camera function on my Chromebook, it says that the camera cannot be found How can I fix this? I've updated the system, I've restarted the Chromebook numerous times, nothing has worked and I do a lot of Zoom meeting so the camera is a big deal. Any help is greatly appreciated.
