I'm suddenly having clickpad/touchpad (not even sure how you describe this on my laptop, I can move the cursor around but if I hover over the start button and touch/click nothing happens so I can't power the laptop off. Also if I click on the files icon it either doesn't work or takes minutes for anything to appear. I have also tried to change the volume and can't I have no trouble opening a new tab on the internet. I'm confused as to why it will work getting onto the internet but won't work any other time. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this please?
