Hi, I am also facing the same problem. Whenever I am playing any video on "Fims & TV" app or Netfilx, color tint of video randomly changes from warm to cold. Video also gets stuck when it happens.
However, this problem doen't happen in VLC player or Youtube as per my observation.
I have purchased HP ba073tx notebook hardly few weeks ago and i am facing this issue with the laptop.
Please suggest how to resolve this problem.

Hi sub200687,
Not sure where the original post is but I think I know exactly where the issue lies.
Please try searching "Video playback options," assuming you're running Windows 10.
Make sure Automatically process video to enhance it is off or Stream HDR Video is off. I always saw this option in Settings but never bothered to turn it on. I think the built-in Windows apps are affected by this setting, but not Youtube or other external media sites.
Hope this helps,

Hi Kem579,
Thanks for your reply. By default both the options Automatically process video to enhance it is off or Stream HDR Video is off in my laptop. Still the problem persists.
Any other suggestion to resolve this problem?
Thanks,
Sub200687

Hi sub200687,
Try going into your NVIDIA graphics control panel and tweaking the settings to make sure there isn't something that enhances certain media.
Also try this:
- Open the problematic app (Netflix or the Films & TV)
- Use it in full screen
- Make sure the app is selected (press anywhere on the screen)
- Press Ctrl + T
Hope this helps,

Hi sub200687,
Unfortunately, the only thing I can really suggest is making sure that settings in your NVIDIA control panel and Intel Graphics control panel are not configured to change certain video settings.
Also, are you sure there aren't any applications that are doing this?
For example, I have Avast Antivirus and there is a Game Mode so any Windows Store game that I open will automatically have higher screen brightness and performance settings changed. This was annoying so I immediately turned it off.
Hopefully you find a solution,
