Colors are dull on full screen

When i put a video on full screen using netflix or videos, after a few seconds the colors of the screen become dull, if i move the mouse the colors come back them go back to being dull.

i tried everything and nothing works!!

It's really annoying, can anybody help me??

Have you tried checking with an external monitor does the issue persist?

Does the issue persist on the BIOS page?

If the issue persists on the BIOS page it is a hardware issue with the display.

If the issue does not persist on the BIOS page try updating the graphics, chipset and BIOS on the PC to the latest version.

Uninstall the graphics driver from device manager and install the latest version of BIOS,chipset and graphics drivers on the PC using the HP support assistant.

Hi, 

I tried connecting my laptop to a tv via HDMI and the issue is still there and when i convert the laptop to a tablet. It goes away only on youtube or windows media player and when there's subtitles, once the line of the subtitles appears, the colors are bright, and once it disappear the colors are back to dull.

I tried microsoft's online chat and the tech updated the graphics thing but nothing changed.

 So please tell me what to do, because it's weird why it is happening on some applications and not the others.
