Product: S1922a
I have never been able to adjust the height on a Compaq S1922a monitor...the spring pushes the monitor to full height unless I put weights on it or stick a pencil in the slot to prevent full height extension.
OR, did I swap stands years ago from a dead monitor and forgot years ago and got one from a heavier monitor, creating a "Franken-monitor".
I thought I'd ask here before prying the base apart to look for a tension adjustment screw.
I guess the question should be "Does the S1922a have tilt-angle-adjust only, and not height adjustment?"
🤥
Thanks
