Compatibility of envy x360 14 inch 2 in 1 laptop 14-fc0000 with mpp pens

Wondering if my HP Envy laptop should be compatible with mpp pens. I have tried a hp mpp 2.0 tilt pen and it was not recognised by my computer so I returned it to JB Hi Fi.
