Dear HP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my HP Victus laptop. Unfortunately, shortly after the warranty period expired, I noticed a significant defect with the hinge of the laptop. The hinge has become loose and unstable, which has greatly affected the usability of my device.
After researching online, I discovered that this issue is not unique to my laptop but is a common problem reported by numerous HP Victus users. This suggests a potential manufacturing defect, which seems to manifest right after the warranty period ends. As a student, I rely heavily on my laptop for my studies and daily tasks, and this defect has caused significant inconvenience.
Given that this issue appears to be widespread and likely due to a design or manufacturing flaw, I kindly request that HP takes responsibility and offers a complimentary repair or replacement of the defective hinge, despite the expiration of the warranty. As a student, I am unable to afford the cost of repairs, and I believe it is unfair to bear the financial burden for what seems to be a common defect.
I trust that HP values its customers and will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly. I look forward to your positive response and swift action in addressing this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely
