I have had to use Zoom quite a bit in the last few months. After about a month of having the computer I noticed if I was charging the computer it would glitch during my Zoom Meetings. For example the screen would look fuzzy, the audio would cut in and out, and it split the screen up a few times. In the last couple of weeks it does it even if I am not charging the computer. HP is trying to tell me that it has to do with the Zoom App and I need to pay $50 to get help with that, but if that was the case I feel like the charging wouldn't have had an impact on it originally. I haven't used anything else to see if it's only Zoom, it hasn't had an impact on any of my other work, like YouTube. Any suggestions? I have a few days before I need to return the computer so thought I would check here first.

-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
