Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Spectre Laptop/Notebook that is only two years old. About 6months ago I could no longer use the Bluetooth Mouse or the touchpad. Every time I would try, the screen would blink and go off. I talked to several HP tech people as well as Microsoft. They tried updating my drivers and other troubleshooting. Now the the screen is completely dark and the it will not come on at all. It is plugged in and should have plenty of battery.
