HP OMEN 15-ek0001nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, it is a few days that when I try to run graphic softwares or I try to install updates the screen of my laptop starts to be glitchy and black bands appear on the screen like it’s broken then it crashes and turns off, after that it turns on again automatically but it just shows a black screen. So to use my pc I have to power off clicking the power on button. This things happened a lot of times these days, I found also an error code on the NVIDIA card (error 43) it disappears when I install NVIDIA drivers but like after 20 min the computer crashes again and does the same things I told before. Can someone please help me? The laptop is new I just bought it a few months ago, I don’t know what happened..

@Sabrina20

Please try a clear install software/driver

(a) Download driver from the following link (not from Nvidia) and save on your machine

        https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-15-ek0000-laptop-pc-series/32827267

(b) Uninstall driver from Device Manager,

(c) Reboot machine,

(d) Normally machine would say found new hardware and ask you to install, locate your downloaded file to install or manually install yourself

(e) Reboot machine

Regards.
