@hersh2 Welcome to HP Forums Community!

Are the LEDs blinking or just lit?

Please perform a power reset using the below link to release excessive static:

While you respond to that, The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:

CLICK HERE FOR THE STEP BY STEP GUIDE

(simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).

FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: Click here

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)

To identify & understand what those blinking lights represent: Click here

Let me know how that pans out,

@hersh2 I appreciate the details, however, I'd also like to know if you've gone through the links and the steps within them?

If yes, and the issue persists, please try turning on your device with an alternate power cord or adapter, check with another wall outlet, and if the issue persists, please check if there's fan noise coming or anything that shows that the device is turning on but there's nothing on the screen, if that's true, please connect an alternate monitor to the device and check if that works.

Keep me posted,

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
