HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0095au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer goes to sleep after 30 secs of inactivity, whilst plugged in. I have changed all power settings to prevent the computer from going to sleep whilst plugged in, however, nothing has worked. Furthermore, I have tried following a similar thread https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Video-Display-and-Touch/Screen-Keeps-going-to-sleep-after-ever... but the solution did not work on my computer. This is incredibly frustrating, as my laptop continues to go to sleep after only a brief amount of time, and is disruptive to longer-term programs that I am running. Can you please help?

Did you put Never for both under Plugged in and SAVE it ?

Otherwise, please re-install Windows 10 using ISO file created from the following link

           https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You don't need to burn to DVD, you can mount ISO file as DVD and run Setup from there

You need to select option to KEEP all files and programs.

Regards.
