Computer portatile hp 250 G6

Ciao a tutti, spero vivamente mi possiate aiutare. Stavo disinstallando alcune applicazioni inutili dal mio portatile per fare spazio e forse per sbaglio ne ho eliminata una di sistema. Da allora quando sblocco il pc ha una schermata completamente bianca e io non posso fare niente, c'è solamente un rettangolo anch'esso bianco con il contorno nero che se lo schiaccio mi fa fare alcune cose ma completamente inutili, qua sopra vi allego la foto. Ho già provato a riavviarlo più volte ma niente e non mi ricordo nemmeno l'applicazione di sistema che forse ho disinstallato e che sta causando il problema. Ringrazio chiunque mi possa aiutare, ve ne sarei molto grata.1.jpg

Hi:

 

I think in a situation like that, you will have to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

You can reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the W10 media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

You will need another PC running Windows to do this.

 

Make the 64-Bit installation media.  

 

If you have important files you need to recover, when you get to the part that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' install it over the existing Windows partition and it will create a Windows.old folder.

 

After windows is installed, you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile and copy and paste the old user profile folders to your new user profile.

 

After you are sure you have everything, you can delete the Windows.old folder using the Windows disk cleanup utility>cleanup system files button on the lower left side of the program window,

 

After you have installed W10, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
