HP Touchscreen310 PC

Hi!

I just relocated a HP touchscreen 310 from house to house. It was working perfectly for my mum for over five years, but now that I've moved it it shuts down randomly when I'm using it. Sometimes it's right after boot up, other times it's once I've been using it for an hour.

Most times it restarts but occasionally it just turns off and stays off.

Is there anything I can do to fix it? I reset the whole computer when I first got it, which it managed to stay powered on throughout...

Thank you in advance!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that your HP PC is not working correctly.

Firstly, lets perform power reset:

  • Turn off the computer, and then unplug the power cord.
  • Disconnect any peripheral devices, and then remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
  • Press and hold the Power button for approximately 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect all the power cable keyboard and restart your PC
Note: Ensure all the cables are connected and intacted approeratly.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
