Hello, good afternoon, I bought a computer more than a year ago, the computer stopped working, I took it to a technician on my own and he could not repair it and he even removed the entire screen and then he said that it was wasted time that it could not be fixed and to More bothering, he did not want to assemble it anymore, I deliver it disassembled, the screen on one side and the screws on one side, so I am contacting you to find out if you can repair or replace the laptop

Hi,
The best idea would probably be to take it to a better technician. This is a community where we volunteers try to help people with the problem they have with their machines.
Now, it is not really worth spending much money on the machine (which would be the case if you brought it to an HP service center) as the notebook is a low-power notebook. Slow.
It might be better to invest in a better machine.
Hope it helps,
David
