It's strange...

My notebook worked fine until I used HP Recovery Tool.

The program warmed me to have old driver and update them.

The routine was succesful and after job the program said "OK".

After restarted the computer, the machine worked fine, but if the display switch-off due to inactivity, is impossible reactivate the monitor (or the computer).

I have to switchoff the computer (manually with the start button, hardware) and restart it again.

I have tryed to change the suspension, stop, power savings in control panel, but the problem persists.

I have also resetted the value to default but the trouble still remain.

I have even reformatted the computer, but nothing solved...

(Seems like this preference is saved in a secondary partition).

What can be changed to perform this habit?

Thanks
