Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce3501na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, I have a HP Pavilion 14-CE3501NA. We turn it on, and the power button indicates that it is on, and we can hear the fans running but there is no image on the screen and it doesn't allow keyboard input. We have tried connecting it to a external monitor and try to remote connect but nothing will work. It booted twice during the period which it has been broken but then crashes when it gets to the login screen. Thank you for your help!
