Presario V6000

I paid $5.00 for this Presario V6000. It does not at the moment have a hard drive installed, but it does have 2Gig of memory installed and a functional dvd burner with lightscribe. When powered up, I can hear the dvd spin up (Trying to install Windows 10 Pro 64 bit) but there is no video on the screen, nor does an external monitor work. Would this be a problem with the graphics board itself?  Or is it possibly a problem with the motherboard?

If the cost of repair is not too high, I would entertain performing the work myself, butt I need to know if it would even be worth the time and/or money invested?

Could someone please give me some advice?

Thank you

Qristofer Lewis
