I am trying to connect two LG Monitors to extend my desktop. Connect one via HDMI port and one via USB-C port through a USB-C Hub with an HDMI port. Monitor connected to the direct HDMI port extends fine but no signal to second monitor connected to the USB-C hub.

@JMcCl Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to get the display on the second monitor.

I have checked the specification of your product.

Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate); It is only for the data transfer. You cannot connect the external monitor.

I would suggets you purchase the HDMI splitter.
