Connecting HP Pavillion 15-cw1507sa laptop to two external monitors (extended screens)

Hi. I'm trying to connect my laptop to two external Philips monitors (with extended screen). I started with buying a HDMI splitter and then a usb-c to HDMI lead which didn't work. 

Does anybody know what cable I may need to achieve this?
