Can I use the USB c port to connect my HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs2xxx to a monitor having USB c facility?

Can it charge my laptop?

@TheCreator-hr That entirely depends on which laptop you have and if the USB Type-C port on that device supports display conversion, here's what I'll need to confirm:
