HP Laptop 15-ef2xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a new laptop. I purchased a MOKiN 12-in-1 hub to connect two monitors. When I asked Windows to find the monitors it could not. I connected each one individually to the computer's HDMI port, and they both work. Any suggestions?

Sorry -- no idea.  We get LOTS of posts like this with folks using Hubs and Splitters, and in nearly all cases, these do NOT work.

About all you can do is contact the Hub supplier to see if they have a support forum where you can post your issue or otherwise get advice from them.  IT might be a settings or driver issue.

What EXACTLY is your HP Laptop 15-ef2xxx  ? All USB-C ports are not the same, we need to know what it is before we can comment on it.

Regards.

It was a 15-ef2127. I returned it after determining that the USB C port was for data transfer only. Thanks for your answer.
