Come on. There are millions HP machines and dozens of Dell docks. What ware yours ?

i have a HP 3M201UA (product number) and trying to connect to a Dell Thuderbolt Dock WD22TB4.  The dock works fine with my Dell laptop (of course).

I have also already ran the HP PC Hardware Diag - states BIOS & drivers are up to date and i have no hardware conflicts.
