Product: HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook PC (2Q527AV)

How can I connect my HP ProBook 440 G8 which has Display Port Alt Mode port (USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 2) to LG Ultrafine 5k monitor which has Thunderbolt 3 port? Every time I try to connect them with an USB Type-C 3.2 Gen2x2 cable, appears the pop-up "Thunderbolt device functionality might be limited".
