Dear Experts,

 

Could not change the display resolution to 1920 X1080 .  Help

Hi:

 

Does your specific 450 G7 product number's display support that resolution?

 

If you look at the 450 G7 quickspecs at the link below, page 5, not all 450 G7's come with a 1920 X1080 display.
