Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14t-dh100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Running Userbenchmark test I get a message from Shadow  "Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices". My display adapter is Intel UHD Graphics and when I checked for updated driver it said I was at the latest version. I've only had the computer for a couple of months.  The test stopped at

 

INFO: Found 1 graphics card(s) and 1 active display(s)
INFO: Starting GPU Benchmarks
INFO: Launching NGPU detection
INFO: Launching AGPU detection
INFO: Completed GPUStats successfully
INFO: Bench Intel(R) UHD Graphics @() on display(1) = main

ERROR: Plane GPU benchmark failed, aborting further tests on this GPU

 

None of the 7 tests ran.  Any idea why their shadow program couldn't
