Spectre x360 15.6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - I have a HP Spectre x360 15-BL112DX that recently has a small crack in the top right corner. The computer is still functional, however the crack causes the cursor to move erratically and is starting to splinter across the screen. I have tried to contact 3 of the preferred vendors listed on this site Near me about a repair to this screen and two of them said they no longer receive parts from HP, and the other said it would be a month before they could diagnose the issue and they would need to keep my computer for that month period. I have been able to locate the part on the HP parts site, but even that says it is not available. I’m honestly pretty frustrated that a cracked screen repair request has been this difficult to locate help, and that I am now resorting to a random post on a community message board. If any one else has had this issue please let me know how you solved it. One of the approved repair dealers said that they would do the repair if I was able to get them the part. thank you in advance for any help.

tl/dr- cracked computer screen. Just looking to purchase the part to repair.
