Spectre 360

For the 3rd time in a row within the last 5 years, even after paying $600 plus for screen repairs through HP, my screen has simultaneously cracked again. Even with the most fragile care. I woke up this morning and noticed that when I tried to use the touch screen, this dark pixel line ran across my screen. And upon further inspection, after feeling across the areas with the dark pixels, I notice that my computer screen has managed to crack once again if not for the third time.

This is extremely aggravating because as a Grad student and RN I need to access my computer on a daily. And, I already know HP is going to quote some outrageous figure that I just can't afford to pay.

Not to mention, this seems to be a prominent issue with the Spectre devices. If HP cannot be given a reasonable solution, this will be the last HP I ever purchase.

Hi @Kammi_H,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
