Product: HP Spectre 360 Compatible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My product is less than 3 months old, has not been mis-handled or abused in anyway, on the contrary as it was a very expensive purchase for me I have been exceptionally careful with it's use been mainly reserved to my desk. I am shocked and dissappointed to find it has developed a cracked screen overnight, virtally witout any apparent reason!! Upon reading this forum it appears to be a defect in this particular model. I am at a loss on the best way forward. Please help, this is definitely unexpectable for such a high end product.

Kindly provide the Serial /Product number of the unit. Alternatively you may contact HP technical support for further support on this.

I have had the EXACT same issue! AND HP was no help - they wanted to charge me $500 to fix it despite my device being under warranty. Never buying another HP again.

I have the exact same issue. Was HP able to resolve anything for you? I took mine back to BestBuy for repair and they want over $500 to fix it!

Exact same problem. $800 to fix and had to live without it for 3 weeks. Great computer. Support is Crap!
