Cracked screen

Hi, I have a hp pavilion x360 convertible model 13-u100na and the screen is cracked. As far as I’m aware it’s only the glass that’s cracked as in there’s no damage to the lcd or anything like that as it works perfectly still, just doesn’t look great. Is there a way of replacing the glass without having to replace the entire top screen part?

Only the grass replacement is not available from HP. However, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
