Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, i need help.  Where can i get the touch screen on my HP Pavillion replaced.  Its cracked.  I took to a local guy and he couldn't get a good quality part in so he gave it back unrepaired.  The UbreakIfix stores on the authorized service center list said they don't repair them.  There is no way to get a live person on the **bleep** phone since the computer is out of warranty.  I am frustrated.  Any ideas?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details)
