my external video card is not working actively.

First off, the product number you entered appears to be invalid -- so is this a laptop or a desktop.  You posted it in the Laptops section .

 

Second, Crossfire is a hardware technology for coupling two identical video cards together INSIDE a desktop.  You mentioned an External card -- you can not connect an external card to an internal card.  So, this will not work.
