Cursor move on it's own

Hi,
I'm having a clicking issue since I bought it and I'm not sure how to fix it. My cursor moves by itself with or without using the USB wireless mouse. It does not matter if I am playing games, writing in Word, or scrolling on Chrome or Firefox, my cursor will move by itself to the bottom of the screen (out of view). I saw somewhere where it says to do the steps below, but when I get to the buttons tab, I did not see any of the options mentioned.

Check the Mouse options under control panel:

Start → Control Panel → Mouse → Buttons tab.

Check the box labeled "Use MS Office compatible scroll only."

Also, check the box below labeled "Scroll in active window only."

I update my computer regularly so I am not sure what else I can do. Any help will be great especially since I use this computer regularly for school.

Thank you in advance!

Best wishes,
Is
