Display flickering issue is happening while moving the mouse cursor on edge browser, VS Code and other apps. Using latest display driver provided by Intel and HP. This issue started after updating to windows 11 24h2 version. Kindly give any solution for this issue.

Display flickering issues can be frustrating, especially when they occur after a system update.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem on your HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx:
1. Roll Back or Update Graphics Drivers
- Roll Back Driver:
- Open Device Manager (press Windows + X and select Device Manager).
- Expand Display Adapters, right-click on your Intel graphics driver, and select Properties.
- Under the Driver tab, click Roll Back Driver if the option is available.
- Update Driver:
- If rolling back doesn’t help, visit the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to download the latest driver directly from Intel. Sometimes, the latest drivers from Intel resolve issues that HP-provided drivers might not.
2. Adjust Display Settings
- Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings.
- Scroll down to Advanced Display Settings and lower the refresh rate (e.g., to 60Hz) to see if it resolves the flickering.
3. Disable Hardware Acceleration
- In Edge Browser:
- Go to Settings > System and Performance.
- Turn off Use hardware acceleration when available.
- In VS Code:
- Open Settings and search for hardware acceleration.
- Disable the Enable GPU Acceleration option.
4. Check for Windows Updates
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. Microsoft often releases patches to address compatibility issues with new updates.
5. Test in Safe Mode
- Boot your laptop into Safe Mode (press Shift + Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart > Safe Mode).
- If the flickering stops in Safe Mode, it’s likely a driver or software conflict.
6. Reinstall Windows 11
- If none of the above steps work, consider performing a clean installation of Windows 11. This can resolve deeper compatibility issues caused by the update.

i have done all above the steps including windows 11 reinstallation but issue is still there with intel latest graphics driver version 31.0.101.2135. There is no such issues in factory state Windows 10 1803 version in my model along with hardware accelaration ON in edge, vs code etc. But this issue only arises in Windows 11, but when i am switching off hardware accelaration in edge this issue dissapears but then scrolling is not smooth, very much lag is happening so i have to switch it on . I have raised this flickering issue in intel support but they are saying HP OEM has done some modifications in the intel graphics configurations so this issue is arising in windows 11 so contact device manufacturer for this issue. So now this issue is annoying kindly provide solution regarding this.
